3, 4, 5 & 6 bedroom homes, sleeping up to 12 people are either single or double story with a minimum of two full bathrooms. Each home has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities and it’s own private screen pool. All homes feature a master king en-suite bedroom. Subsequent bedrooms are furnished with either king, queen, twin beds or queen size sleeper sofas.

Homes feature fully-equipped, modern kitchens including all crockery and cookware you may need for a self-catering holiday. Each home will feature a dining area but please note that these dining tables may not be big enough to seat all villa guests - additional seating can usally be found at the breakfast bar.

The resort itself features the Balmoral Bar and Grill where guests can enjoy tasty meals, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants loacted within driving distance.

As well as the fantastic facilities in this home, Balmoral offers some superb resort facilities including:

  • Zero-entry swimming pool overlooking the lake, with water slides, splash park, heated spa and poolside cabanas.

  • Clubhouse with Bar and Grill Restaurant, and movie room, Fitness Centre and games arcade
  • Man-made beach with Lake Pier

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Minimum check in age

Please note that there is a minimum check in age of 25

Resort Fee

There is a $20 plus tax per home per day resort fee payable in resort, which covers:

  • Unlimited rides on the water slides
  • Splash playground for the little ones
  • Resort pool and jacuzzi
  • Pool towels
  • Cushioned pool-side loungers and cabanas
  • Access to the fitness center
  • Access to the games arcade
  • Free Wifi in home and clubhouse area
