Overview

The Disney Area Platinum Homes offer the same facilities as the Executive Plus homes, and in addition to the games room or spa, they also include a BBQ, free UK calls and a mid-stay clean. They are an excellent choice for families and groups of friends, providing a little extra by way of comfort. For a small charge you can choose to have both a games room and a spa.

These are a great value choice for a villa with pool, offering privacy and peace after an adrenalin-filled day out in the parks. We also offer a full range of named communities, giving you the opportunity to pick the location and the facilities you would like. For example Balmoral Homes are located in a community which features a large communal pool with slides and a lovely Club House with its own restaurant and movie room. Championsgate Homes are located just off US27 just south of US192 West, and they have a great golf course and tennis courts on-site.

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
