Overview

Windsor Hills Resort offers a variety of spacious homes for your family to enjoy, just a short drive from Orlando’s main attractions. On resort guests can relax in the large outdoor pool, complete with a whirlpool and heated in the winter months. There’s also a resort fitness centre, sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts.

Children are well catered for with an arcade room, water play area and outdoor playground. This gated community has 24hr security and also includes a 58-seat theatre room and on-site sundry shop.

Top tip: Golfers will be kept well entertained by the adjacent Mystic Dunes golf course – it’s a stone’s throw from the villas.

There are 5 and 6 bedroom homes available with two master bedrooms. In each home you will find two master bedrooms with a king or queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two persons. Additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds, and a third bathroom. All homes have a fully equipped kitchen with the following facilities:

All of the villas are equipped with a kitchen and dining area, for easy self-catering. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes to choose from if you’d prefer to dine in the local area. Each villa contains a dining table but please be aware these may not always be large enough to seat the maximum number of guests at once.

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
