Days 1 - 3 Miami
Fly into Miami international airport and transfer independently to your hotel. Miami is a place where you can enjoy many different experiences depending on your mood. Days 4 - 5 Key Largo
Today hop in a taxi back to the airport and pick up your rental car and set off for your iconic road trip towards the Keys. Cross the iconic Overseas Highway and drift into the laid-back rhythm of the upper Florida Keys. Key Largo offers a breathtaking aquatic gateway renowned for crystal-clear waters and lush mangrove sanctuaries. Discover vibrant marine life at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park aboard a glass-bottom boat or guided snorkelling excursion.
Unwind with fresh, locally caught seafood at a waterfront shack as gentle ocean breezes drift across the marina. Kayak through tranquil, winding creeks surrounded by undisturbed tropical wilderness and native wildlife, setting a wonderfully serene tone for your Florida road trip adventure.
Days 6 - 7 Islamorada
Situated roughly a third of the way down the Keys, Islamorada, the Village of Islands, encompasses six stunning islands. Brimming with natural beauty and housing the largest fishing fleet per square mile, it is celebrated as the sport fishing capital of the world.

Days 8 - 9 Key West
The southernmost point in the United States, Key West is famous for vibrant water sports, lively nightlife, beautiful beaches, and fascinating historic sites. Be sure not to miss Duval Street, one of the most energetic strips of shops, bars, and cafes anywhere.
Check out Sloppy Joe’s bar, a favourite hangout of novelist Ernest Hemingway, alongside the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum to spot the celebrated six-toed cats. Walking tours are the absolute best way to see the island's intriguing conch architecture, hidden courtyards, and lush tropical gardens, with atmospheric evening ghost tours adding an extra touch of magic.
Days 10 - 11 Marathon
This morning, break up your return journey along the Overseas Highway by having an overnight stop in Marathon, an idyllic family-friendly island hub known for its rich maritime heritage and pristine natural sanctuaries. Cross the magnificent engineering marvel of the historic Seven-Mile Bridge on your drive up from the lower keys.
Encounter rehabilitated sea turtles during an inspiring educational visit to the renowned Turtle Hospital, and unwind upon the powdery white sands of Sombrero Beach, beautifully framed by swaying palms and azure shallows before heading back towards Miami.
Days 12 Fly home
Leave Marathon and continue your journey along the Overseas Highway back to Miami international airport to drop off your car rental for your flight home.
