Saint Bibiana – Italian restaurant serving house-made pasta in a glamorous setting. Open Friday – Sunday for brunch from 10am – 2:30pm, and dinner every day from 5pm – 10pm.
Bar Bibi – Vibrant pool bar with cabanas and al fresco dining, drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean coast. Open daily from 11am – 5pm.
Green Room – The perfect place to unwind, the lobby bar transitions from day to night – offering coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evenings. Open daily for breakfast from 7am – 11am, and bar service from 4pm – 11pm.
Club Bardo – Private club above Saint Bibiana, inspired by the traditions of early 20th century salons.
