Our villas are located in pleasant communities in the Naples area, about a 15-20 minutes drive to the spectacular white sand beach – perfect for water lovers and sun worshippers.

The delightful resort of Naples lies on the Gulf Coast, with beautiful beaches and calm seas, a superb choice of restaurants and world-class shops, and activities ranging from golf to watersports. Enjoy your own comfortable living space of an air conditioned villa with private pool and sun deck, with all that Naples has to offer close at hand.

The individual villas are allocated when you arrive and the style may vary from the images shown, but each of the homes has a private pool, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and lounge with TV and DVD player.

Top Tip: There is a fantastic choice of outdoor dining in Naples on 3rd St and 5th Ave - have a wander in the evening and just pick the restaurant with the menu that suits you.
