General Information
Let’s start with relaxing. (This is a vacation, after all.) Stroll along the sugary, white-sand beach, take a dip in the warm salt waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and watch a colourful sunset. Read a book, poolside. Enjoy a piña colada at the Tiki Bar, and indulge in a “cheeseburger in paradise” at the Café.
Now that you’re all rested up, are you ready for...beach volleyball, deep sea fishing, biking, kayaking the Calusa Blueway, casino boats, shopping, movies, dolphin watching, and golf?
With so much to do (or not do, if you stick with just relaxing), this is the ideal location for a Florida beach holiday.
Rooms & Accommodation
The standard guest room features two double beds, take and chair, coffee maker and small refrigerator and a tub/shower combination
The efficiency rooms are similar to the standard room but also feature full kitchen with a stove, over and microwave
Dining
The Outrigger Beach Resort is fortunate to have two restaurants that are both simply delicious.
The Deckside Café is available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and the most important of Vacation foods…munchies. Starting your day with a good cup of coffee is important and just as important is finishing your day with a great piece of key lime pie. Here you can do both, while even wearing your bathing suit.
Another fabulous option for our guests is Charley’s Boathouse Grill. Charley’s offers the finest Prime Rib in area (this is from personal experience!) along with other Angus Prime cuts like filet mignon and New York strip steaks. For the seafood lovers, you must try the Stone Crab Claws (local favorite), Shrimp and Scallops or the fresh catch of the day.
