• The 650-square-foot Saint Lucia Suites offer elegant studio-style accommodations. Stretch out on a king-sized bed. Relax by a warm fireplace. Enjoy an afternoon cocktail on your private terrace.
• The Ranch Suites has over 800 square feet of space and a fireplace in the bedroom, these suites are both spacious and luxurious. Lounge on the sofa and watch TV. Relax by a crackling fire. Or sip a cocktail on your private terrace.
• The Veranda Suites have Cathedral ceilings and a wraparound deck, our elegantly styled suites combine the expansive beauty of Northern California with the warm luxury of a grand countryside estate. Step onto your deck, and sip local wine in the mild climate that produced it. Light the living room and bedroom fireplaces for an intimate, romantic evening indoors.
• The resort’s newly renovated Estate Suites offer modern style, incorporating rich natural materials creating a residential-inspired repose. Each one-bedroom suite features custom furnishings, two fireplaces, cathedral ceilings and expansive decks. Flat-screen televisions, stainless-steel appliances and spacious guest baths complete the look.
• The Carmel Valley Grand Suites are 1,200-square-foot suites and feature two bedrooms and a separate living area. Enjoy a cozy night by the fireplace. Or relax on your private deck.

• Breakfast 7am-11am - Enjoy the bounty of Carmel Valley with an A la carte full breakfast menu, served in the Clubhouse dining room seven days a week.
• Brunch - On Saturdays and Sundays, Carmel Valley Ranch offers guests their seasonally prepared A la carte brunch menu. Savor the delicious cuisine and prepare yourself for an exceptional variety of unique experiences.
• Lunch 11:30am-3pm - The Clubhouse Restaurant serves favorite dishes infused with locally grown ingredients and produce, creating a platform for a uniquely Californian twist. Enjoy your meal in the comfortable dining room offering casual and relaxed ambiance or savor your regionally inspired dish on the patio overlooking our picture-perfect fairway.
• Dinner 5pm-9pm (Sunday - Thursday) 5pm-10pm (Friday - Saturday) - On Friday and Saturday evenings, Carmel Valley Ranch welcome you to the Clubhouse Restaurant to sample the seasonal weekly dinner menu as well as a full selection of refreshing cocktails. From 5pm to 7pm is Carmel Valley Ranch’s Happy Hour, featuring weekly specials, wine, draft beer, and well drinks.
• There will be limited offerings in the Golf Clubhouse for golfers there will be sandwiches and light snacks offered during the day. The Golf Clubhouse Bar will be open from 10.30am-6.30pm.
